Founded in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, Ireland in 1965, Kingspan began as a structural steel fabrication business before identifying an opportunity in the emerging market for factory-engineered building envelope components. The pivot to insulated panel manufacturing in the 1970s proved transformative — establishing the proprietary foam chemistry and continuous lamination processes that remain core to the business today.
Today, Kingspan's panel, insulation board, raised access floor and data/communications infrastructure divisions serve architects, contractors and building owners in more than 70 countries — with a consistent commitment to pushing thermal performance boundaries and reducing the environmental footprint of every product manufactured.
